Vegetable dolma

Vegetable dolma has its honourable place in the menu of Armenian national dishes. Unlike traditional dolma, in this case, during cooking grains spiced with onion, greens and tomato paste are used for stuffing. This combination gives the dish an appetizing taste which is not changed even if it is kept for a long time in cool conditions.
The dish can also be eaten cold. If desired, it can be wrapped with lemon juice.
